Beginning of March we have been able to add another three Minibulkers to our fleet: The sister ships CLARA, FRIEDA and MIA are built on the Dutch shipyard “Niestern Sander” in the years 2004/2005. They all have a capacity of about 5750mts tdw and are strengthened by the high Finnish ice class E3 (1a).
When the class works have been completed at the Polish Nauta Shipyard, the ships will be commercially controlled by the “Harener Befrachtungscontor HBC GmbH & Co. KG” who will in turn employ the three ships in the European short sea market.
HBC is a joint venture between HS and International Shipbrokers ISB at London.
