The fleet of the HS Group was expanded on 01/11/2019 by the takeover of MV “Jennifer Schepers”. The container vessel with a capacity of around 1,800 TEU has already been under the management of HS Bereederungs GmbH & Co. KG since July 2016. It will be operated in North- and Central America with two loading cranes (lifting capacity 40 mt each) and a capacity of 319 reefer containers, which makes it to one of the largest units of the shipping company.

On 12/09/2019 the MS “Keith” the second newbuilding of the F-500 series and the Chinese Taizhou Sanfu Ship Engineering Co., Ltd. Shipyard was taken over.

The sister vessel of MV “Mick”, taken over in April this year, is also equipped with two cranes of 250mt lifting capacity manufactured by Liebherr. With a carrying capacity of 12.243,62 tdw it will be operated in worldwide trade for the charterer dship Carriers Pte. Ltd. under the flag of Antigua & Barbuda.

The first voyage was fixed from Tianjin and Shanghai to Houston and Tampico. We wish the newbuilding and its crew always safe voyages!
